Dusseldorf, 5th August 2015 – Erika E. S. Otto has joined Düsseldorf-based international HR consultancy, Fischer HRM GmbH, as a senior partner. The graduated educationist (economics, psychology and andragogy) has been in the executive search industry for nearly 30 years. 23 years of her experience was gathered at SCS Personalberatung GmbH where for the last 14 years she acted as Managing Director.
At Fischer HRM, Erika E. S. Otto is extending the international team of recruiters with her extensive customer and candidate network and her profound knowledge and experience in position occupation in DAX 30 companies and medium-sized industries. Otto has been closely involved with various industries over the years, for example, in retail, in the manufacturing and the media industry, as well as in telecommunications, IT, chemicals and energy.
