Fischer HRM is diverse – and was long before we became a signatory of the DiversityCharter!

For us, it’s personality that counts.

What doesn’t count: age, gender, skin colour, nationality, language (as long as we can agree on a common one for communication), sexual identity, physical or mental impairment (as long as a cooperation is possible), social origin.

The 10th Diversity Day took place on 31 May and it was wonderful to be a part of it.
