As Japanese nationals who have lived in Germany for decades, Akiko Ito is very familiar with both the Japanese and the German mentalities. Her wealth of experience in management and personnel consulting allows her to successfully fill even very demanding positions in Germany and Japan.
She is supported by the Japanologists Jana Romero-Giron, Esther Auffermann,Katrin Oltmanns and Kevin Wongart. They all have both afford in-depth knowledge of the Japanese language and culture, and are very experienced in finding candidates for positions in different industries.

From Düsseldorf to China …

We are pleased to introduce our services for and in China.
Beijing-born Nanhui Qi has lived in Germany for many years now and affords an extremely large network. He is responsible for the China Desk. In our HRM consultancy, these two experts find the right technical specialists and executives both for Chinese companies in Europe and for German companies in China. Nanhui Qi also runs the podcasting website www.china-job-welle.com to help students to exchange their experiences of studying and seeking work with German companies in Germany. He also organises regular events and meet-ups for Chinese young professionals in Germany. Find out more.

Our China Desk also works with partner companies such as lawyers, tax consultants, auditors, M & A specialists, and experts for certified, legally watertight translations. Our clients have access to these services in Mandarin via Nanhui Qi.
Our colleagues work closely with our cooperation partner, Dr. Carsten Jaekel, who supports German companies in China. He speaks fluent Mandarin and has more than 20 years of experience in doing business with China, and in particular in Sino-German cooperations, business expansion, and the establishment of companies in China.
