The purpose of this organisation and its members’ aim is to promote the use of science-based processes and approaches in personnel selection. People working for organisations need to be made aware of the importance of good aptitude diagnostics and the options for implementing these. This includes relevant developments in science and research, theory and practice as well as methods for recording and describing the benefits of good personnel decisions in addition to knowledge of both German and international norms and standards such as DIN 33430 and ISO 10667.
Fischer HRM has been committed to this approach for years now. Ongoing training combining theory and practice helps to open up new perspectives when it comes to selecting the most suitable personnel.
