A good #worklifebalance is a top priority for us here at Fischer HRM. Every week, our personal #trainer Philipp motivates us to do functional training together. This type of training involves exercising several joints, muscle groups and fascias at the same time. Allowing us to improve our cardiovascular capacity, #strength, #endurance, #speed, #agility and #coordination. During particularly turbulent phases of the pandemic, we temporarily switched to virtual training via Teams. Since the start of spring, we’ve been looking forward to doing sport together again at the company premises – and even outside when the weather is fine
